Child-friendly urban deck in Newtown
This is a removable structure that is inserted into a rarely-used balcony to create a child friendly urban space in Newtown.
It is designed to create a variety of seating, interaction and play options for a father and his son. New games can be invented. The sand-pit can be converted to another flower bed when it is no longer in use. The ground level is raised to create a closer relationship with the views beyond.
